เรื่องย่อครับ
Basically the whole plot of this series was about a family business of dying and selling fabrics. The head of the family was a lady who had married a man who already had two wives before her. One had passed away which left another. This other wife was really selfish and greedy and only cared for her son. The lady who was the head of the family however cared for all of them.
The first son was mentally retarded so that lady tried her best to treat him as her own.
Cutie and Florence always argued and their husbands (who are half brothers) also did not get along.
Frankie was the nerd of the family. While one of his brothers was retarded and the other two were extremely lazy Frankie was so hard working. He studied all the time. Annie and Frankie did not get along at first and really hated each other. However they soon started to get along.
Frankie was actually the prince of Annie s country. The lady s real son had died of sickness and the maid didn t want her lady to be troubled. Her friend had just died and left her baby so she used Frankie as that lady s baby.
Florence s husband was cheating on her when she left to visit her family. He cheated on her with a maid. The maid became pregnant later and he had to marry her. He treated Florence horribly after that and when the maid got too evil and played a trick on Florence saying she tried to kill her baby Florence got kicked out of the family.
Frankie didn t like Annie then and liked May. Annie didn t want to be with Frankie and she decided to help them get together. However when Annie and Frankie started getting along later May decided to find her own man. She found this one guy named Mun Buen. He was actually a very scary and unforgiving guy. He treated May really bad after they married. However May was still trying to help Frankie and Annie.
The whole family got poor and had to sell their house. The reason they got poor was because of Mun Buen. He thought his wife was cheating on him with Frankie just because she worried about him when she thought he was run over by a horse.
The family had to live in a poor house next to the maid s house. The other wife got sick because of a diseased chicken she had greedily ate. It caused the family a fortune to cure her. After that experience she became less selfish.
Florence was in the streets one day buying pork when the pork seller was picking on her. Cutie came to her rescue and said the pork was rotten there. From then on Cutie and Florence stopped fighting and arguing so much and learned to get along. The family really wanted Florence back into the family to complete it but she was very angry at her husband who had divorced her. One day they "kidnapped" her and begged her to go back to the family. She wouldn t until the head of the family wanted to kick the other wife and her son out. Florence decided to go back to the family then.
Frankie soon became a civil officer and helped his family get back their house. Frankie found out he was really the prince of Annie s country. Lots of people tried to kill him and even Annie s dad pretended to be evil in order to help them. Frankie decided to stay back with the family he grew up with instead of staying in a country he was so unfamiliar with.
It was the head of the family lady s "dai sau" or birthday. Unlike usually they surprised her. They pretended they couldn t attend it but in the end gave her more than she could dream of. They gave her the cloth that glows at night. She made this before but had given it to the king s concubine who had used it as a rug. Florence and her husband found the son of the maid who had betrayed them. Florence decided to keep the kid anyway. This time Florence and Cutie both had babies. Just then Annie told everybody she was pregnant and it was just the perfect birthday for the lady ever.
